Our work processes are efficient and effective,
to provide the quality of translation your documents deserve and to ensure their success.

SELECTION

To secure the best human resources available, we select our translators based on the following criteria:
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience as a full-time translator
  • A minimum of 100,000 words translated in their specific sector
  • Educational and training certificates in their field of specialisation
  • Experience working for direct clients in their chosen sector
  • Positive reviews on independent review platforms
  • Published translations in the area of specialisation
  • Superb ability to interpret and contextualise text
  • Excellent writing skills

TERMINOLOGY

The terminology resources and style guides that we use for each area of specialisation must meet strict reliability and uniformity criteria: 
  • They must have been approved by at least one international body specialising in the sector
  • Their use must be verifiable on the internet
  • Our glossaries and terminology databases are regularly revised and updated by experts in each field who work alongside our specialist translators
  • We ensure the consistent use of client-specific terminology by using advanced intertextual terminology matching software
  • We have formulated our own internal editorial standards, which we follow if the customer does not provide us with theirs

SOFTWARE

We want to make sure that we always offer our customers the best possible quality. This also means using up-to-date, specific software. We use the latest versions of the main CAT tools on the market and other functional software as appropriate for the work, such as Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office Suite, Illustrator, OCR tools, etc. In addition, each translation undergoes several automated Quality Control procedures to verify terminological consistency with the specific instructions provided by individual clients.

COMMUNICATION

Communication with the client is fundamental to our work. We make a point of continuously informing our clients about the various project management stages the translations they have entrusted to us go through. We are available 12 hours a day, including weekends, to answer any questions and provide any information required.
